Local media notes that a vehicle was struck by the plane in the mayhem, but that the only damage consisted of a broken taillight.,Reportedly, fire crews which raced to the scene were onsite within five minutes and managed to put out the blaze within the hour. C | 　　“雷锋在线365·舒心就业进基层”——字里行间镌刻着抚顺就业工作的区域特色和为民情怀，在辽宁全面振兴新突破三年行动的总牵引下，我市坚持党建引领，释放红色动能，将涵养城市品格的雷锋精神和饱含为民情怀的就业工作深度融合，以“365”的标准、举措、目标充分呈现了“三个在线”，以可感可知可及的“抚顺温度”推动公共就业服务下沉延伸、深耕提质。　　行动在线，广渠道拓展就业创业路，就业优先的行动举措更加有力。围绕更好地推动人岗匹配，以线上线下“就业‘职’通车”为载体，创新深耕“双线招聘+成果展示+直播带岗+视频探岗+政策宣传+用工维权”一体化招聘保障服务模式，依托市、县（区）两级直播团队搭建“固定直播间+流动直播点”双推介平台，畅通“人社局长走进直播间”“小何带您进企业”等线上服务通道，探索打造“暖心服务工具箱”“锋暖课堂”“‘雷锋·红’就业创业服务代办站”等“雷”字号、“抚”字号就业服务品牌，用雷锋精神汇聚起全系统干事创业的奋进力量。2023年以来，相继发出“就业‘职’通车”330列，开展“直播带岗”486场，“视频探岗”12期；通过“暖心服务工具箱”等滚动推送政策服务120期；组建“雷锋·红”就业创业代办服务队31个。　　服务在线，多路径畅通就业微循环，舒心暖心的感知体验越发具象。聚焦政策服务落地、舒心暖心就业，坚持“大数据+铁脚板”，采用“家门口就业服务”与“嵌入式站点”相结合的方式，开展“雷锋在线365·舒心就业进基层”就业创业指导服务站点建设和充分就业社区创建工作，按照“站点靠着群众建，服务跟着需求走”的原则，综合考虑群众所需、商圈效应、区域特色等因素，通过灵活运用就业“职”通车、技能加“YOU”站、政策“码”上来、“益”企创业吧等服务载体，实现终端延伸至居民家门口的“社区(村)+职介+实操+创业”一体化就业创业服务功能配置，打造“15分钟就业服务圈”，使就业服务“邻”距离，舒心就业更“就”近。

D | 年底前全市“雷锋在线365·舒心就业进基层”就业创业指导服务站点将达到75个，国家、省、市级充分就业社区77个；2023年以来，19项就业创业政策有效落实，实现城镇新就业1.82万人，失业人员再就业2.93万人，就业困难人员就业0.9万人。　　作风在线，全要素汇聚就业行动力，振兴突破的攻坚步伐持续向前。实施“党建+就业创业”联动模式，以开展党建引领就业创业服务“结对攻坚就业行”专项行动为抓手，推动“雷锋在线365”就业创业服务品牌走深走实，通过市就业和人才服务中心党支部与县（区）公共就业服务机构结对开展“支部行”、市就业和人才服务中心青工委与城区所辖社区结对开展“青年行”，充分发挥部门职能优势和党员干部主观能动性，建立“三级走流程”机制，组建“政策服务‘青’讲团”，围绕不同类型重点群体的个性化需求，分类提供就业服务政策清单和精细化就业帮扶，形成了工作向一线推动、问题在一线解决、效果由一线评价的良好作风。
